Welcome to Structured Accounting Studio. These terms govern your access to and use of offerings available at staccstudio.com.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with any offering provided by Structured Accounting Studio, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Description of Offerings

Structured Accounting Studio provides three categories of offerings: professional bookkeeping services, digital educational materials, and physical products.

2.1 Bookkeeping Services

Professional bookkeeping services include record keeping, report preparation, and consultative support. Scheduling is required in advance.

2.2 Digital Educational Materials

Digital materials consist of downloadable guides, templates, and tutorial modules designed for self-study.

2.3 Physical Products

Physical products include printed materials, tools, and other tangible items that support our educational modules.

3. Payment Terms

All fees are due upon receipt of invoice and are quoted in Canadian dollars. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and online payment processors.

4. Scheduling and Modifications

Appointments for professional services must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. To modify or cancel a booking, notify us no less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Insufficient notice may incur additional charges.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Bookkeeping Service Refunds

Clients may request a refund in writing up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Requests submitted after this period are not eligible for a refund. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the appointment qualify for a one-time rescheduling with no additional fee.

5.2 Digital Educational Material Refunds

Requests for refunds on digital materials must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and prior to any access or download. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method. No refunds are granted after access or download.

5.3 Physical Product Refunds

Physical items may be shipped back in unused condition within 30 days of receipt. Clients are responsible for shipping costs. Upon inspection of the returned item, an approved refund will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Custom or personalized products are final sale and not eligible for refunds.

6. Limitation of Liability

Structured Accounting Studio is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of any offering.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
